blaut::acs setup guide
----------------------

to be able to use blaut properly, you'd need to setup your acs settings
properly. just to refresh your memory, here's the current (as of v2.0)
list of acs keys you can choose from:

F denotes the first set of flags/D denotes the second set. follows the
default mystic's acs shit, so it's easier to indentify with.
----------------------------------------------------------------
FQ - quick login flag. overrides -everything-. halts if on
FE - if this is turned on, mystic will check for this user's
email. obviously, it won't if it's off
FB - will check for new bulletins if this is on
FO - oneliners; what else! :)
FL - displays last ten callers list if this is on
FY - displays current personal statistics
FM - mystic will do a global new message if this is on
FF - turned on, mystic will do a global new file scan

how to set the acs flags up
---------------------------
okay, choose your weapon: mcfg.exe or the waiting-for-callers screen

different people have different tastes, so whatever makes your world go
'round, run it. if you're a newbie, i'd suggest running mcfg.exe; it's
a bit easier to use, imho.

if you're using mcfg.exe, do these:
----------------
               run mcfg.exe
go to the "security level editor"
most of the other items are normally hidden. hit ctrl-
h to unhide the rest of them
select a security level and hit enter
go to the "upgraded flags set 1" part, and hit enter
now, enter the flags you want defaulted for this level.
for simplicity, i'd advise hitting "EBOLAMF"
               hit escape
repeat for all the levels you use for your board, or at
least the ones you plan on using with the mpl

if you're using the wfc screen, do these:
----------------
hit "l" to go to the security level editor
hit "j" to jump between the security levels you want to
                use/set the flags for
hit "k" to be able to enter the flags one by one. they
would be the default flags for everyone under that spe-
                cific security level
for simplicity, i'd advise hitting "EBOLAMF"
               hit enter alone to exit
repeat for all the levels you use for your board, or at
least the ones you plan on using with this mpl

if you already have callers before using this mpl, and want to use this
mpl with them, i think that's what the "hard af upgrade" switch does.

can't be sure on that one tho... if i'm wrong, then you need to switch
on the flags one by one. i haven't tested the hard af thing, since i'm
lazy, and my board isn't even up yet.

if anybody could tell me that that the hard af upgrade thing isn't what
we're looking for, then i'll whip up a quick and dirty util to do it.
